How do I stay up-to-date with the most current information?
EMAIL
Throughout the year, we will use the following communication strategies to send you information:

For emergency notifications - we will send emergency notifications via email, text messages, and phone calls.

For notices to all families - we will send these via email.
- If you need to update your email or phone information, use our Annual Update Portal

2022-2023 School Calendar be sure to print the calendar out as a reference for all school half days as well as school holidays.

What do I do if I need to update my students contact information?
Communication with families is important to us. In order to best serve, support, and protect students, parents/guardians have been required to annually update each student’s personal and medical information. This update is done through our online process.

Where is the Parent/Guardian Information for my students Chromebook?
8th Grade Students Pick-up Days:
- On September 6 & 7, all grade 8 students will be issued a district owned Chromebook.
- Please review the Parent/Guardian Information documentation
- Families must complete the Parent/Guardian Form before BHS students can be issued their Chromebook
Please Note:
- Each Chromebook is a LEASED device by Barnstable Public Schools, issued to your student for the life of the lease.
- A new Chromebook will be issued to your student upon the issue of a new lease.
- Families are responsible for all damages.
- Please review the fee schedule, and optional insurance can be purchased through Worth Insurance.
