She moved to Boston after high school, and attended Northeastern University for college, majoring in Criminal Justice, Psychology, and Women and Gender Studies, focusing mainly on the trauma and psychological impact of the victimization of Human Trafficking, Domestic Violence, and Sexual Assault. During College, Natalie focused much of her extra time working within the community of Boston with children and teens, volunteering and teaching, and was trained as a Sexual Assault counselor. She also worked within Boston Public Schools as a Sexual Health Educator. After graduating Summa Cum Laude from Northeastern with her Bachelor’s Degree, she attended Plymouth Police Academy and began working with Barnstable Police Department in 2020.
Natalie works as a patrol officer on dayshift, but is especially passionate about helping victims of Domestic Violence and Human Trafficking. Her previous focus on advocacy work throughout college allows her to bring a trauma-informed approach to policing.
