1. Take 495 N.

 

2. Take Rt. 24 and Exit onto Rt. 104 (exit # 15).

 

3. Take a right onto Rt. 104 E toward Bridgewater.

 

4. Follow to end at Bridgewater Nursing Home. Take a right onto 104 E, and take your immediate first right onto Maple Ave.

 

5. Follow to stop sign and take a right onto Rt. 28.
