The following are available now for this school year.

You should inquire and/or apply by using the online application on the Scholarship Donor’s website or by the application in the Scholarship Drawer

(if available) in the School Counseling Department – Room 2112. Please see Mrs. Kipnes with any questions.

 

 

First Citizens’ Federal Credit Union Scholarships

Criteria:

Barbara Whitehead Silva Scholarship – This scholarship is offered in honor of Mrs. Barbara Silva, former President/ CEO, who retired from First Citizens after 45 years. Applicants should be graduating seniors who plan to attend college in the fall of 2019 whose parents/guardians or the applicant are members of the First Citizens’ Federal Credit Union.

The Champion Family Scholarship – Applicants should be graduating seniors who are immediate family members of Champion account holders (Teachers, EMT, Police, Firefighters and Health Care professionals).

How to Apply: Information and applications on how to apply are available from Mrs. Kipnes in the School Counseling Office – Room 2112.

Amount of Award: Barbara Whitehead, one $1000 scholarship will be awarded.

Champion Family, three $1000 scholarships will be awarded.

Deadline: April 1, 2019

 

2019 BTA Son / Daughter Scholarship

Criteria: Applicants must be a high school graduating senior (in or out of the Barnstable School System) who is the son or daughter of a Barnstable Teacher’s Association member.

How to Apply: Information and applications on how to apply are available from Mrs. Kipnes in the School Counseling Office – Room 2112.

Amount of Award: The number of scholarships and the amounts awarded vary from year to year.

Deadline: March 15, 2019

 

Master Gardener Association of Cape Cod Scholarship

Criteria: Applicants must be graduating high school seniors, who will be pursuing a degree in the field of agriculture, horticulture or a related, natural resource field. Applicants must be a resident of Barnstable County.

How to Apply: Applications and information are available from Mrs. Kipnes in the School Counseling Office – Room 2112.

Amount of Award: Three $3000 scholarships will be awarded.

Deadline: April 1, 2019

 

Barnstable County 4-H Advisory Council Scholarship

Criteria: Applicants should be graduating seniors who are current or former 4-H members who plan to continue their education beyond high school.

How to Apply: Applications are available from Mrs. Kipnes in the School Counseling Office – Room 2112.

Amount of Award: Scholarships vary each year from $250 to $1000 depending on the number of students that apply.

Deadline: April 1, 2019

 

Massachusetts Broadcasters Association Student Broadcaster Scholarship

Criteria: Applicants must be Massachusetts residents, with a declared major in a broadcast-related field at an accredited two or four year school in the Fall of 2019.  Students need not be attending college in Massachusetts to be eligible.

How to Apply: Applications are available on line at: MassBroadcasters.org/scholarship

Information is available from Mrs. Kipnes in the School Counseling Office – Room 2112.

Amount of Award: A $2000 scholarship will be awarded.

Deadline:  April 12, 2019
