Model UN is a simulation of the UN General Assembly and its other committees where students perform an ambassador role while debating topics such as gender equality, climate action, global health, and more.  The club will attend a state competition in the spring where they will represent an assigned country and present an issue-focused position paper and join in the problem solving, negotiation, and consensus building work that is the foundation of the United Nations.  If you are interested in global issues and finding solutions, this is the club for you!
