10/5/20 - Arrival/dismissal & cohort D lunch pickup info, Safety Plan, & COVID FAQ

Good morning,

 

I hope everyone had a pleasant weekend.  We continue to have dismissal at 12:10 this week.  

 

Next week

Monday, October 12th, there is no school.  Starting Tuesday October 13th, students will attend school for a full day.  Dismissal is at 2:50.  Students will stay with their current cohorts. A is in-person Monday/Tuesday; B is in-person Thursday/Friday; C is in-person M/T/Th/F; D is all remote.  Wednesdays are remote for all students.  

 

Arrival and dismissal

Thank you for your patience with arrival and dismissal.  It improved as the week went along (minus the fire alarm malfunction on Friday morning), and this morning went very smoothly.  Hopefully, our adjustments will continue to work.  If not, we will readjust.

 

Lunch pick up for cohort D

Cohort D families can pick up lunch in front of the school from 9 am-10am on Monday-Friday.  All families are welcome to pick up a lunch on Wednesday between 9 and 10.

Please note, the first step in login problems is for the student to verify the email and lunch code+00 with their teacher. If there are further problems, here are the resources:
