West Villages Elementary Student Support

Counselors’ Corner

  • WVES All-Star Program

Our All-Star program is our whole school positive behavior and support program: we celebrate Respectful, Responsible, and Safe behavior every day at West Villages. Each month, we introduce a theme to learn and practice.

Our All-Star Assemblies are a fun time to bring all students together in our Auditorium. We recognize the monthly attendance All-Stars, Positivity All-Stars, and Grade Level Star winners!

Here’s a list of questions you can ask at home that will spark and inspire a positive mindset:

    • What five words do you think best describe you?

    • What do you love doing that makes you feel happiest?

    • What do you know how to do that you can teach others?

    • What is the most wonderful/worst thing that ever happened to you?

    • What did you learn from the best/worst thing that’s happened to you?

    • Of all the things you are learning, what do you think will be the most useful when you are an adult?

    • What are you most grateful for?

    • What do you think that person feels?

    • What do you think your life will be like in the future?

    • If you could grow up to be famous, what would you want to be famous for?

Attendance – Every Day, On Time!
