The Barnstable Public School system is fortunate to have the educational contract for access television in the Town of Barnstable aside public access station Cape Media Public Access (Channel 17) and Barnstable Government Access (Channel 18). We provide the Barnstable public school community with programming produced by BPS students and faculty. Simply put, we put the "E" in PEG.Our Mission
Barnstable Educational TV was established around the idea of bringing the classroom to the public. That's why we call our selves b2b TV barnstable to barnstable. Our programming is educational by the nature of it's creation. Our student producers are not only creating valuable material, but they are learning through process. Our end product is a window into the Barnstable Public School System to be enjoyed from your living room.
Educational TV Director | Jim Gilbert
The Educational TV Coordinator is part manager, part technician, and part curriculum coordinator. This role focuses around the direction of b2b TV as an entity inside the Barnstable Public School District which encompasses program building, production management, and media training. The Ed TV Coordinator administers the annual cable budget in conjunction with the District Tech Director and Administrative Assistant.

District Media Specialist | Noreen Jones
The b2b TV Assistant meets all the the day-to-day technical demands of running an active TV station. This person manages the daily program schedule, creates a regularly updated slide show of community bulletins, produces and edits video programs for air and aids the Ed TV coordinator any and every Channel 22 operation. By virtue of this position’s skill set, the b2b Tech Assistant functions as a support person for all instructor using Adobe and Apple Creative Software in the district. They are frequently used to train in support teaching professionals in the use of software.

Media Technology Interns
Each school year the b2b TV interns work together as a production team to create TV programs that feature happenings around the Barnstable Public School System. These students are high performing BHS students who have already completed the media educations offerings at Barnstable High School.
