Hello Room 3 Families,

Yesterday’s field trip was a success! Students had a wonderful time exploring and learning about the Plymouth Gristmill and walking around the plantation.

ELA-In ELA Mrs. Nolan has been teaching students about cause and effect. The overarching theme is Nature’s Balance. Students are reading various stories related to the theme.

Math- In math students are continuing to explore the properties of multiplication. Next week, we will go back and review addition, subtraction, and rounding. We will be exploring division in the near future. 

Social Studies- Students are finishing up the Unit on Pilgrims and Native Americans. In writing, they wrote a letter from the point of view of a pilgrim child describing a part of their day- they wrote to a family member who was back in England.
