You may be eligible for Internet services through Comcast as a part of their response to COVID-19. Comcast is offering their Internet Essentials package to new, qualifying families with an additional 60 days of complimentary service. Internet Essentials customers are also eligible to purchase a low cost computer through Comcast for $149.99. All you are required to do is apply through their website or over the phone.

How do I find the closest Xfinity access point to my home?
Visit http://wifi.xfinity.com and scroll down to view an interactive map of all the hotspots available in the country. They are generally located in business areas, retail locations, and transit areas.
Do I need to download anything onto my device to connect to an Xfinity access point?
No, you do not need to download anything onto your device to connect to Xfinity access points. You do have the option of downloading the Xfinity application onto Android and iOS devices. More information about the application.
Are Xfinity access points secure?
Yes, they are. The Xfinity sign in page uses the same 128-bit encryption measures used by both banking and financial services. Devices that are able to download the Xfinity application have access to additional security features provided by Comcast.
Can I connect to an Xfinity access point on a Chromebook?
Yes, Chrombooks can connect to Xfinity access points. Chromebooks cannot download the Xfinity application which grants additional security features and an improved connection speed. However, this application is not required for connection.

Parental controls allow you to choose what sites and information your children have access to on the Internet.
