Gateway Staff have been trained by experts in the field of gifted and talented education. We continue to hone our skills through frequent staff development opportunities funded through the school district. Some of the Gateway staff are teachers who are stipended to provide service beyond their normal teaching duties to Barnstable students, as in the case of the Future Problem Solving and Mock Trial coaches. Others are dedicated to full-time or part-time work exclusively with Barnstable students in their field(s) of expertise.
