TED is an annual event that brings together the world's leading thinkers and doers to share ideas that matter in any discipline- technology, entertainment, design, science, humanities, business development. At a TEDx event, speaker and TED Talks videos combine to spark deep discussion and connections. And in the spirit of "ideas worth spreading", TED created TEDx, a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience.
