    School Counseling: The mission of the school counseling program of the Barnstable Public Schools is to promote and assist academic, social, emotional, career, and learning development for all students. School counselors serve students, in collaboration with parents, teachers, staff, and the community.     The Massachusetts Accountability Report Card (MARC): is a continuous improvement document that gives a school counseling program an opportunity to demonstrate commitment to achieving measurable student outcomes related to a district's goals and a way to effectively communicate results to the school community.
