The Centerville Elementary School Council is composed of elected parents and staff, the Principal, Assistant Principal, and a community representative. Members are elected for a two-year term and elections occur in the fall.
The Council serves to advise the Principal on the policies and procedures, governance, and operation of the school.
Among the council’s duties and responsibilities are reviewing the school building’s budget, formulating a school accountability plan, and carrying out building-based goals.
School Council meetings usually take place once a month on a Wednesday at 4:00 pm and are listed on our school calendar.
