AHERA Notification Report
Barnstable School System continues to remain in compliance with the EPA’s Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act of 1986. We have conducted our 3 year re-inspections as accordance with the AHERA Act in January 2014.  The asbestos management plans for all schools are on file at the Barnstable School Maintenance office, 835 Falmouth RD, Hyannis, MA 02601.
